Display Issues
Where did the CIS Control Panel go? I
can't access it, but the feedback window is open and waiting and I can see
the CIS Suite running on the Windows taskbar.
Sometimes the windows to control the CIS Suites are positioned off of the
viewable area, particularly after changing desktop resolutions or monitor
layout. The positions of the CIS windows and panels can be reset to
the top left of the primary screen.
To immediately reset the windows'
positions for the CIS Suite being used:
1) Left-click on the CIS icon
by the clock in the system tray.
2) Select Help | Reset CIS windows positionsows to the top-left
corner".

The CIS Suites run
very slow but the computer has a fast CPU. Why??
Be sure the feedback window is positioned on one monitor
only.
Check to see if the computer is using an Intel graphics chip. It it
is,
please read
this.

Lots of time the imagery flickers in weird ways.
What's going on?
1)
It could be a problem with the graphics drivers. Try updating the
graphics drivers.
2)
If updating drivers doesn't help, try switching to a different graphics renderer.
(change Contact's settings via the "Help"
menu, or use the CIS
Display Preferences utility).
If it continues to happen, please read
this.
